Sales/Customer Service

We require an experienced person to assist in our sales department. Experience within the automotive industry is essential as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. General computer skills are preferred but not essential, as on the job training will be provided.

The Role involves:
  • Selling Performance parts and accessories in a retail and wholesale environment
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to parts requests
  • Work with other team members in the group
  • Learn the varied stock and interpret all parts manuals
  • Keep up to date with all latest distributor parts bulletins
  • Identify new customers and business opportunities
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with colleagues, clients and trade customers

Sales Rep

Aeroflow Performance is currently seeking to employ a dynamic and motivated people to join their sales team. The successful applicant’s background will ideally include proven & successful internal and/or external sales experience within the performance parts and/or the performance hose & fitting industry. A strong knowledge of the automotive performance marketplace will be helpful to the role. Good knowledge of performance parts or any automotive parts would be advantageous.

You will have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long term relationships. You will be energetic and enthusiastic and be a team player with the proven ability to operate in a largely autonomous sales role. This role is based in Sydney with some travel interstate. This role has a heavy focus on finding new customers, assessing requirements and providing suitable and workable solutions and ensuring the provision of effective customer service and support.
