As King Kong Cuda is a Custom Project, it needs a custom exhaust. So the boys started from scratch with a set of custom and 4 into 1 headers from mild steel which have been designed to clear steering and suspension componets in the engine bay, and find their way to the back of the engine. From there, a cross pipe was put in place and a custom 3" mild steel system winds it's way underneath the floor and works it's way to the diff, were some neat tricks were employed to keep the system free flowing. The diff was notched to give clearance from the body and the diff itself, so no rubbing will occur.
All exhaust hangers and rubbers were welded into place to hold it all together and the system then finds it's way to the rear of the car. A set of trick mufflers were added to keep the decebles at a acceptable level. To give the exhaust a killer look, Daniel decided to fabricate a set of custom exhaust tips which poke out the back. The whole system will be coated to control heat and make the overall appereance match the rest of the car.
